LINA Rentals rents portable restrooms, temporary fence, dumpsters, and septic services in Central Texas. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and who else sees it. Short version: we use your details to quote and deliver your rental, and we do not sell them.
What we collect
- What you type into the quote form: name, company, email, phone, the delivery address, dates, what you need, notes, and how you heard about us.
- How you found the site: the page that sent you here, or an ad or campaign tag in the link. It is kept in your browser for that visit only, and sent to us only if you submit a quote request.
- Ordinary server logs: like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone. The site does not set cookies for visitors; our staff sign-in area uses one to keep staff signed in.
How we use it
- To answer your request, send a quote, and call or text you about it.
- To schedule delivery, service, and pickup at the address you gave, and to bill for it.
- To place your address on a map so we can price the trip and plan the route.
- To learn which ads and referrals bring customers, in total, not to follow you around.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business:
- Our hosting and network providers (Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare), which run this site.
- Address lookup services (the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder and Esri ArcGIS), which receive the delivery address only.
- Our scheduling and dispatch software, and the messaging services we use to alert our staff to a new request.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Text messages
When you ask for a quote or book with us, we may text you about that request: the quote, delivery and pickup times, service visits, and billing. We do not send marketing texts without asking first. Message frequency varies with your rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the phone carriers and messaging provider that deliver the texts.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and rental records are kept as long as we need them for the job, for your future orders, and for our tax and business records. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us if you do not want calls or texts about anything other than your own rental. Reach us at [email protected] or (737) 425-0059.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults booking rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
